Danny Martella, Senior Photographer

Danny Martella is a senior in his second year on The Tide. He has done photography and videography for sports organizations like Koa Sports and Cropdusters Baseball. When he's not shooting with a camera he is shooting with a hockey stick for the RM Ice Hockey team.

Senior Nicky Saffell puts the finishing touches on his catapult for his Advanced Design Application (ADA) class. Mr. Ackleys sixth period ADA class will be launching their catapults outside on the track Monday, May 22nd, and Tuesday May 23rd. Saffells catapult broke in testing when the hinge that holds the arm ripped out of the base board. Saffell is hopeful but cautious about how the catapult will perform, I think itll work until it splits, he said. Saffell thinks it will break again, history repeats itself, he said.
