*This letter was written in response to the article “Supreme Court unanimously sides with Trump, leaves his spot on ballot.”

The Colorado Supreme Court needs to refocus on its core values and the principles it represents. It has become evident, even to some of the most liberal individuals, that the Supreme Court was overly focused on thwarting Trump and straining to find any reason to bar him from the ballot in Colorado. The unanimous ruling by the US Supreme Court unmistakably reveals the bias of the Colorado Supreme Court, rendering it unbalanced. How can anyone expect justice from a court that has exhibited such behavior in its recent rulings?
