Half of a toasty Belgian waffle is placed underneath the crunchy yet tender fried chicken and accompanied with fresh green beans and warm mac and cheese. Drizzled with sweet syrup, the chicken and waffles are sure to bring feelings of warmth and comfort with each bite. For the vegetarians and vegans, a popular choice is the “IMPOSSIBLE Burger.” This burger, which is entirely plant-based, is made to taste just like meat. The burger is placed on a soft bun that was freshly baked in their bakery, and the dish comes with a side of chips or fries. A taste of Thanksgiving can be found in their menu as well in their a turkey, gruyère and honey mustard sandwich that is sure to satisfy any turkey cravings.

If you’re looking for a gorgeous, classic and cozy Thanksgiving, look no further than the Tower Oaks Lodge. They are well known for the Thanksgiving feast they serve every year. For $28.99, The Lodge serves a moist and tender turkey dinner, complete with glazed sweet potatoes, crunchy green beans, thick and creamy gravy, sausage-sage stuffing and buttery mashed potatoes. The meal comes to a grand finale with the choice of pecan or pumpkin pie à la mode. If their classic Thanksgiving meal isn’t reason enough to visit, The Lodge’s decor is. Upon entry, the restaurant resembles a grand cottage rather than a restaurant. Hunting trophies are displayed on the walls, enormous fireplaces hold blazing orange flames, soft holiday lights illuminate the hallways and the entire cabin theme of the restaurant channels the feeling of home.

Chicken covered in creamy curry with coconut and chickpeas sauteed and seasoned with spice make an uncommon Thanksgiving meal, but a delicous one nonetheless.
