African Diaspora Night at Richard Montgomery

On Feb. 20, Richard Montgomery held its annual African Diaspora Night, an event celebrating the diversity of cultural heritage at RM. The event was organized by Black Student Union and the African Student Association over weeks of planning and rehearsing dances, musical and spoken word performances, and a multi-part fashion show.

Junior Isabella Langlee is in her second year on The Tide and first year as an assistant editor for Science and Tech. She looks forward to working with her section and writing about scientific discoveries, new and old. When she’s not chasing down interviewees, she’s searching for her next snack, fast-forwarding through a movie, or dilly-dallying.
