“My favorite thing about homecoming was seeing the community come together for spirit week. Some people looked really silly and went over the top so it was super fun,” junior Gabriela Villegas said.

Students in IB Language and Literature work on acting out their scenes from the Greek play, Medea. Seniors Joseph Simak, Logan Tannenbaum, and Elani Bui are beginning to memorize their lines and improve their stage presence. For the past week, they have been hard at work to add their own flourish to their scene, such as incorporating echoes to emphasize certain dialogue. "I enjoy that this class provides an opportunity to learn in different ways," Bui said.
