Richard Montgomery Students show up to school every day hoping to find a parking spot. With Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors all needing spaces, students have to look further and further away from the building. Behind the school and across the track, students have used the neighborhood streets as a place to park. For some students, parallel parking can be nerve racking and sometimes a struggle to fit into a spot without risking the chance of getting a ticket. There are currently less than 30 spots available in the RM parking lot. “I think it’s unfair and the school needs to designate more [parking] spots, if not they should prioritize those who live far away or have other special circumstances,” said junior Valerie Badger.
