Consulting with one another, counselors Ms. Ventura and Mrs. Phillips go through another day in Richard Montgomery. Ventura is the counseling secretary at school, whom students meet when they enter the counselor’s hall, and Phillips is the resource counselor. “The best part of my job is being able to support students, staff, and the community by connecting individuals with resources,” Phillips said.
