The Black Maskers is one of the most popular clubs at RM, consisting of over 200 members. Each year, they run 2 main shows, one in the fall and one in the spring. The fall musical they are performing this year is “Hello, Dolly.” Many different people are involved in making the show come together. From constructing the set to the hair and makeup, what ties it all together are the costumes.
The costumes for “Hello, Dolly” are based on 1890s clothing, when the play takes place. “All the costumes are gorgeous and unique. They all have their different style and colors to them,” junior cast member Liliana Katz-Hollander said.
