The RM varsity track team takes on the 4A West Regional track meet at the PG County Sportsplex, finishing with 5 state qualifiers: Seniors Cate Christopher, Noah Fisher, Robert Boychyn, and the boys 4×800 team, Kylen Tow, Zaki Ahmad, Andrew Bloom, and Noah Fisher. But, senior Cate Christopher finished the meet with 2 qualifying times, in the 300 and 500-meter dash. After her races, she mentions her methods of preparing for the dash. “I try not to think too hard about the pressure, I am just here to have fun for my senior year,” Christopher said.
