RM students on new phone policy
Richard Montgomery introduced a new phone policy at the beginning of the school year prohibiting the use of cellphones in class. Cell phones are now only allowed during class transition periods, at lunch, and before and after school. Students shared their thoughts on the new policy, as well as what they would tell administrators about the rules.
