Junior Emma Hubbard watches the trailer for “Heartstopper” at lunch. Based off the wildly popular webcomic by Alice Oseman, the Netflix series is set to drop on April 22nd, 2022. The comic follows British boys Nick and Charlie as the two navigate love, friendship and mental illness. “It’s really cool to see more queer relationships making their way to screen,” Emma said, “I think it’s really important for queer kids to see that kind of representation in popular media.”
