“I’m really thankful to be back at school. It’s a beautiful feeling. I might still be going through the motions of routine, but I can feel myself acting out everything mundane activity with love and purpose. I realized during the pandemic that all the worries about whatever future career I have or whatever goals I achieve or whatever failures I endure would be better off just fluttering away, and that achievements are nothing but a checkpoint. The real treasure, for me, is being able to goof around and have fun living in whatever present moment I find myself in. So thanks to whatever gave me this type of joy again.”-Edwin Jiang, junior
